A complete HR and payroll system for Glowious — employees punch in and out by scanning a QR code, and hours, overtime, leave, advances and salary are calculated automatically.
Glowious pays its team by the hour, so accurate attendance was the starting point. Every employee gets a printable ID card with a personal QR code; scanning it records punch-in and punch-out times, and the system works out worked hours and overtime.
Payroll builds on that data: per-hour and overtime rates with full rate history, overtime and leave approvals, employee advances with recovery from salary, PF, salary slips and a salary register. Every module has its own reports with filters, print and Excel export, and employees can request leave from the app.
